Kissing Nevus
  • Developed in-utero, before the eyelid fissure was formed

Clinical Features

  • Symptoms: asymptomatic
  • Signs:
    • Congenital pigmented lesions that are located in an apposed area on both upper and lower lid
    • The lesion may be flat, nodular, verrucous or hairy
    • May undergo malignant transformation

Management

  • Observation and photographic follow-up for evidence of size or morphological changes
  • Consider surgical removal when malignant transformation is suspected
